Use the arbitrage calculator to find how much to bet on each side of an arb.
Plus signs are optional in odds fields.
An arbitrage, or arb, happens when sportsbooks disagree enough on a market that betting every outcome guarantees a profit. For example, if one book offers +110 on a team and another offers +100 on their opponent, betting $100 and $105 returns $210 whichever side wins, a $5 profit.
When the two sides add up to exactly break-even, it's a zero hold, which is useful for clearing promo requirements without risking money.
